These look wonderful, did you make them? I made macaroons with my daughter after school last week to use up some of the many egg whites I always have lurking in the freezer. They were yummy but definitely didn’t look like this! Love your wild garlic ideas too.
I did make them, yes. The shape is all in the piping. But they taste scrumptious regardless of the shape. It’s an Ottolenghi recipe. Thanks for taking a look at the wild garlic too – glad you liked it.
You deserve to feel shamelessly smug if you made those – they look amazing. I’ll need to pull out my Ottolenghi books and find that recipe!
