The sun is shining, the blossom is out, Spring has well and truly sprung and I have some VERY exciting news (so exciting that I’m going to break my one blog a week rule to tell you – but stay tuned because there will be a Friday blog and it will involve Royal Wedding cakes). Anyway….. G&G is partnering with Waitrose for a very special supper club. (I KNOW! Bit giddy.)
WAITROSE SUPPER CLUB
It’s on Thursday 24th May 6-9pm in the cafe at the new Banbury Waitrose. I’ll be using seasonal and local harvests from Waitrose to cook a late spring feast full of veg and colour.
WINES TO MATCH
Alongside the menu will be perfectly matched wines, hand selected by Waitrose’s Head Of Wine Pierpaolo Petrassi. (Swanky, eh?)
HOW IT WORKS
As with all G&G supper clubs, you’ll sit down at a communal table to sharing plates piled high with seasonal deliciousness. I’ll talk about the food and wine during the meal so you’ll leave full, merry and a bit cleverer too.
Tickets are £45 including wine and a recipe ebook which I’ll be sending to guests after the event featuring all the recipes from that night’s menu so you can recreate everything at home as well.
